Hypnosis is a powerful tool that will change your life, but…

…when I first started my hypnotherapy practice, it felt really awkward to admit that I was a hypnotherapist. It was even embarrassing, because these were my initial impressions of hypnosis:

- a magician on stage making someone cluck like a chicken
- someone not being in control of themselves and doing something they wouldn’t normally do, like stealing in broad daylight
- someone lying on a couch with a pendulum swinging back and forth taking one into deep trancelike state, aka zombie-land

Most people probably have the same impressions about it too (thanks TV shows & movies) but I'm here to educate you on the power of this transformative process because once I understood what it can do, it blew my mind away and I feel it’s my mission to spread the word about it and how it can help others.

Hypnotherapy is working with the subconscious mind. And what is the subconscious mind you may ask? The subconscious mind is where all our beliefs, values, repressed/suppressed and unknown things (both “positive & negative”) about ourselves exist.

Let’s just say it’s a really powerful place full of HUGE potential. When accessed, we can easily understand ourselves, more quickly transform limitations and extract our higher potentials (which really want to be expressed) to the forefront of our everyday experience.

I know everyone has tremendous power within them waiting to be released! But first we have to become aware of the unknown limitations keeping us stuck.

With hypnotherapy we break FREE from those limitations at the ROOT level. You transform your:

- self-sabotage
- fear of being seen
- imposter syndrome
- inability to speak up
- stuck and blocked feelings and so much more

It can be thought of as a psychological alchemical process and I'm here to fully support, guide and encourage your transformative process to empowerment.

Another way to think about it is like going into the garden of your mind to pull out the weeds and plant new beautiful seeds.

And you're in control the whole time (sorry, it’s not like the movies). You never do anything you don’t want to do. Also, because you’re very impressionable under hypnosis, planting new seeds is very easy and even enjoyable!

Now I love telling others about what I do because it’s such a powerful way to change your life!

What do you think about hypnosis?
