  • Sessions are only offered online via video call and I’ll send you a link invite before our session together.

  • A session online is just as effective and powerful as it is in person. My clients often tell me they love the convenience & the comfort of being in their own home.

  • The workshop is about 90 minutes - two hours and the meditation classes are about 30 - 45 minutes.

  • Payment is accepted through PayPal, Venmo or bank transfer.

  • Everyone is different but the more you correctly practice meditation, the quicker you will see results.

    Generally clients say they feel much more relaxed and calm after one session.
