In my former life I worked on Wall St. and was miserable so I quit my job to travel the world, practice meditation and discover my purpose. Little did I know my passion for meditation would evolve into a career as a mindfulness meditation coach!

Meditation was a huge part of my personal growth and development journey and it’s become the foundation of my wellness routine that keeps my mental, emotional and spiritual health in balance.
