I had a couple of weeks where work was hectic and my routine completely slipped and relationship issues and my mental health was declining. I hadn’t practiced for a bit because of this but I forced myself to go book a session. During the session a lot of emotions came up at first which I sat with, and after a while my mind became so much clearer and I felt at peace. It massively helped me recognize that how I felt was valid but also that things would be ok.
