Stepping into my purpose and understanding how to use my mind changed my life, but before that I was unfulfilled, disconnected, overwhelmed and confused.
For a long time I didn’t know who I was and what I wanted in life and my overthinking and scattered mind didn’t help.
Working in corporate America for 10 years had me feeling drained and dissatisfied. I often sat at my desk thinking, “This doesn’t feel right.” Deep down, I knew my soul was yearning for more and that I needed to make a huge shift.
So in 2017, I left everything behind. I quit my job to follow my passions, discover my gifts and pursue more creative and life-fulfilling endeavors.
I traveled for three years and found myself meditating in Bali every spring and sailing in Croatia every summer. In the winters, I was volunteering at a Buddhists center in London to strengthen my meditation practice and go deeper into consciousness teachings, which taught me many things about the mind. When I wasn’t in Bali, London or Croatia, I was traveling the world because I loved discovering new places and cultures.
This was my unconventional path that forever changed my life (and mind) and answered the burning questions I had for 10 years sitting at that desk wondering, “Who am I & What is my purpose?!”
Little did I know I would leave NYC for good and settle in Croatia! Soon after, I started my own business helping people change their lives through meditation and mindfulness practices.
Through simple yet powerful shifts in perspective, others are guided towards a more fulfilling life, opening up a world of possibilities they never thought possible.
Everything starts from the inside.
Through the practice of meditation, I had some of the most profound realizations that permanently changed my life. I became more relaxed and less anxious. I felt more supported and less worrisome. I developed confidence and even had the intuitive insights to create the meditation practice I teach today, which people love! Meditation is scientifically proven to have numerous benefits. However, if you don’t know what you’re doing or understand the goals of meditation, then you won’t receive the benefits. I help you develop essential meditation skills that’ll benefit your life in all ways. Beyond the mind, there is a place of calm clarity, empowering presence and intuitive inspiration and I know how to take you there.
Through meditation, I realized what was stopping me:
a disempowering mindset that sabotaged meaningful opportunities · a lack of clarity and intention that left me feeling lost · my negative thoughts and thinking patterns that were diminishing my self-worth and value · my limiting beliefs that told me I couldn’t achieve success that felt aligned with a higher purpose · a feeling of loneliness and disconnection kept me from knowing that I’m always being guided and supported · fear of making the wrong choice alongside anxiety that I’d fail

Once I understood the power of the mind, my journey took a remarkable turn. It was through meditation that I truly began to understand myself on a deeper level, becoming acutely aware of my inner gifts and my unconscious needs that had long been overlooked. I began to resolve what remained unresolved, express what had been repressed and tend to anything that needed attention.
However, I recognize that for many, this inner exploration can feel overwhelming, often leading others to give up before they tap into their inner gifts. This is where I come in. I understand this process intimately and guide others through it so they can move beyond the constant mind chatter to a place of powerful presence enabling real change to unfold.
