Hey there! In my former life, I worked on Wall Street and I was miserable so I quit my job to travel the world, practice meditation and discover my purpose. Little did I know that my passion for meditation would turn into a fulfilling career as a meditation coach!
Meditation was a huge part of my personal growth and development journey and it’s become the foundation of my wellness routine that keeps my mental, emotional and spiritual health in balance!
