MINDFULNESS MEDITATION COACH

Hey there, I’m REBECCA!

Back in 2017, at the height of my insurance career in NYC, I was miserable and deeply desired a fulfilling career and life I loved. I turned to meditation as a tool for self-exploration because I felt it would give me guidance. Not only did a meditation practice provide a pathway forward, but it completely transformed my life.

It helped me let go of the things that no longer served my soul, bringing a clearer, more peaceful and vibrant version of myself to life. My mind became spacious, I felt more in tune with myself and I found fulfillment as a mindfulness meditation coach helping others learn how to meditate to improve their overall well-being.

After guiding over 1,000 one to one meditation sessions and nearly a decade of personal practice, I’ve developed a highly effective meditation coaching program and simplified the process so you too can experience the same mental clarity, positive feelings and life fulfillment!

As a meditation coach, I offer private meditation sessions and mindfulness coaching online. Together, we’ll increase self-awareness, build habits to improve your mental health and improve your mood—all while finding the inner peace you’ve been searching for and developing confidence to create a practice that works for you.

When I’m not guiding online meditation sessions, you can find me trying my best to speak Croatian (I’m American, but I work remotely from Croatia!), I love starting my day with fresh coffee from my red Bialetti moka pot and lately, I’m obsessed with Wicked!
