The Power of Group Meditation.
Did you know meditating with a group is more powerful than meditating by yourself?
When I first started meditating in 2017, I really didn't know what I was doing and most of the time I felt confused by my practice. It wasn't until I joined a meditation program that things started to click and make sense and my life improved dramatically.
During my meditation program in Bali, I had some of the most profound insights and realizations of my life and I felt a significant shift when I meditated with a teacher who knew how to guide us.
That group meditation program changed everything for me and now I teach everything I learned in that program in my meditation workshops and classes.
After my workshops, group participants often tell me:

🔹 that the simple tips they learned really improved their focus and concentration and overall meditation experience
