How a Regular Meditation Practice Can Change Your Life.

I’ve been meditating with a handful of clients regularly over the last few months. Most of these clients :

  • were completely new to meditation

  • had given up because they didn’t know what they were doing (which breaks my heart!)

  • couldn’t find a practice that made sense for them

    And the most common problems were :

    - Overthinking and repetitive negative thoughts
    - Couldn’t relax or often felt stressed/anxious
    - Constant wandering of the mind or easily distracted
